Actually a combination of massage palour, day spa and beauty palour. The two little shops are pretty much the same place, one claims to be a nail salon and the other an aromatherapy spa. Both seamed pretty nice, very clean and professional.
If you want a nice beaty treatment in KL and you're near Bukit Bintang, this is probably a safe bet. Not the cheapest in town though.
