仔哥现任富丽华海鲜鲍鱼馆的主厨,在1967年开始服务于加影“大华酒家”多年,也参于多项亚洲美食竞赛;在中餐界三十多年磨炼的精湛厨艺,即使面对喜庆宴席依旧胜任有余,只要客人们吃得开心、宾主尽欢,就是他人生最快乐的事。
 
Established in 2001, Fortuna Palace Seafood Restaurant is known for its authentic Chinese and Asian-fusion cuisines, both affordable and extravagant dishes such as "Buddha Jumps Over the Wall", "Boiled Australia Abalone & Sea Cucumber", "Steamed Deep Sea Giant Grouper", just to name a few. The team of chefs continously strive for innovation, injecting modern recipe elements and food styling to traditional Chinese cuisines.
 
With a seating capacity for 1,300 people and 10 VIP rooms, we can accommodate for large private functions with attractive packages. Various dishes from Fortuna are available for lunch and dinner, perfect choice for your social activities and family gatherings.
 
The Head Chef, Chef Oh, began his career in “Tai Wah Restaurant”, Kajang in 1967. Throughout his career, he had participated in many Chinese Cuisine Competitions across Asia. With over 30 years of experience in superb cuisine trainings, he is extremely well-qualified and has longstanding reputation in preparing large banquets.
